If you want to send your e-gift card to someone as a gift, make sure to tick the "I want to send this as a gift" option. Once you've done that, fill in all the recipient's details, including their name and email address.

If you don't have all the details for your giftee, that's okay too. You can leave the box unticked, and the e-gift card will be automatically sent to the email address you used at checkout. From there, you can forward it to the person you had in mind.

Either way, we've got you covered - your giftee will receive their e-gift card and be able to redeem it hassle-free.

Terms & Limits

    (i) Gift Cards are not reloadable;

  3. I purchased a Digital Gift Card, but I can't find the redemption email (or accidentally deleted it!) - how do I get a new copy?
    Please make sure to check your Spam folder - E-Gift Cards are sent to the email address entered at checkout.
    If you're still unable to find the redemption email or accidentally deleted it, please contact customer support, and we'll be happy to resend it to you.

Shipping

processing time for orders is 2-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). these times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and/or promotions.

all orders are shipped via usps unless otherwise specified. once shipped, delivery time within the united states is typically 3-6 business days and delivery time internationally is typically 10-21 business days. we do not offer expedited shipping at this time however, we do off expedited processing - just choose the option upon checkout.

items shipped outside of the united states may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. beauty for certain will neither cover nor reimburse these costs. please check with your country’s customs office to determine what any additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

please note, we are not responsible and will not replace any items for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following:

  • problem with address
  • return to sender
  • incorrect shipping address
  • customs
  • natural occurrences
  • transfers from US carriers to local or international mail carriers
  • air/ground transportation strikes or delays
Returns

all sales are final. due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, nor do we offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any of our products, including sale items and gift cards. beauty for certain reserves the right to refuse all returns, and items sent back to us without first being approved for an exception return will not be accepted. see below for exceptions to the returns policy.

please note: colors may appear differently on different browsers, depending on your display settings, and will appear differently on each individual, depending on your skin tone and lip pigmentation. items will not be replaced nor exchanged for this reason and are not considered to be an exception.

Route Protect: lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If you purchased ROUTE (shipping insurance/package protection) with your order and your products were lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim directly through Route.

Any claims will be subject to Route's policies.

Exceptions: Damaged and/or Incorrect Items

please inspect your order upon delivery. we have a 14-day returns policy for items purchased directly through beautyforcertain.com, which means you have 14 days after the delivery of your order to request a return or replacement of a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item.

to start a return, contact us. if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

note: your original shipping and handling charges, and their applicable sales tax, will not be refunded. however, any replacement for a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product will be shipped to you free of charge.
outside of the us, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer multiple different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different alternate payment methods including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the very bottom of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then contact our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How long does it take to get my order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days from the date of the order being placed. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is typically 3-6 business days and delivery time internationally is typically 10-21 business days. Do you offer returns?
